Charisma Steinhaus
I’m Charisma Steinhaus, the Life Enrichment Coordinator at The Haven. I have been part of The Haven team for four years and have worked in long-term care since graduating high school. I truly love this environment and the opportunity to share my life with the residents each day. Bringing a little brightness into their lives and engaging with them through activities they enjoy is the most rewarding part of my role. Hearing their laughter and seeing their smiles is what I strive for every day in their home.
Outside of work, my husband and I love spending time outdoors, exploring the beautiful mountains around us with our three daughters. We have both lived in the Yampa Valley our whole lives and couldn’t imagine a better place to grow and raise our family.
